Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured with over 200 ppm bleach solution. 100-200 ppm is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces. High concentration of bleach can pose chemical hazard to patrons.
Corrective Action(s): Diluted the concentration of bleach solution to 100-200 ppm. The dilution factor for household bleach (5%) is 1 teaspoon of bleach to 1 liter of water.

- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
