Observation: There's water and debris under the line coolers. The staff storage area needs cleaning and organizing.

Observation: There's a pool of water on the bottom shelf of the liquor cooler in the bar area. Food items are being stored in the dirty water.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and move all the items from the bottom shelf to the top until the issue has been addressed. Have staff wipe up the water on the bottom shelf regularly until the unit is fixed.

Exhaust hood has been serviced. REMINDER: NEXT SERVICE DATE IS IN APRIL.
Dishwasher rinse was 73 degC
Glasswasher had 25ppm Iodine.
200ppm Quats is available in sanitizer buckets
Ecolab is on contract for pest control. Last service report reviewed. No major concerns noted.
Refrigerated units are on the JOLT digital temperature recording system. When a temperature of a unit is out of range for an hour, an alarm is sent out. Staff also records temperatures of certain foods in inserts manually. Temperature records are being maintained.
All hand sinks are fully equipped
Dipper well is in operation
Ice machine is clean
In-use utensils are stored in ice
