Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at adequate temperature. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Dry storage practice is adequate. Staff with valid FOODSAFE level 1. Temperature log in place and up-to-dated. 2 compartment sink fully equipped for manual dishwashing. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
