A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were: - Premises has been decluttered and organized. - The back 2-comp. sink no longer leaks. - The floor of the walk-in-cooler has been repaired. It is smooth, sealed, cleanable, durable, and impervious to water. - The ceiling above the exhaust hood will be sealed once the leak in the roof is fixed. This is slated to be completed in a couple of weeks. - Good job in addressing the violations in a timely manner.
