Observation: Broken floor tiles found infront of the slushy machine. Food and water will fall in the cracks and this will make it difficult to clean. This will attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Replace any broken, cracked or chipped floor tiles and repair the floor so it is smooth, level, durable, sealed, and cleanable.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; glass freezer was -14C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Handwashing sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 76.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Glasswashing had [I2] of 12.5ppm.
- Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Exhaust canopies professionally cleaned in April 2022. Next scheduled servicing in October 2022.
- Quats spray bottle had 200ppm strength.
- Hydrogen peroxide sanitizer also present.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- No signs of pests. A professional pest company is contracted to monitor and eliminate any pests.
