Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwashing area - 2 employee coffee cups stored among clean dishes. Employee sweater was hanging on clean dish rack and making contacting with clean dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure employee belongings are kept in a separate area that will not contaminate food or food contact surfaces. Employee belongings moved during inspection.

Freezer temperatures satisfactory.

Food items generally covered and labelled.
Observed cooling of soup in walk in cooler using ice bath - good. To facilitate cooling even further, ensure entire container is submerged in ice.
Dishwasher reaching > 71 C at plate level.
Automatic quats sanitizer dispenser set at 200 ppm.
Quats sanitizer in spray bottles measured 200 ppm.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
No evidence of recent pest activity.
