Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer by mixing 1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L water. Ensure all food prep surfaces are sanitized before work starts and throughout the day.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover/seal all containers/bags of food to protect them from potential contamination
2. Transfer contents of canned food to a food grade container.
3. Store in-use rice scoops in ice water and replenish the ice as needed. Clean and sanitize the rice scoop and container at least every 4 hours.

- Behind chest freezer in the kitchen
- Basement storage floors and shelving units
