Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Room temperature pizza holding time tracked for 2 hours. Log available and current. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Recommendations: Acquire chlorine test strips (range: 10 ppm - 200 ppm) to routinely check food contact surface sanitizer's concentration. Maintain a temperature log as per your food safety plan.
