Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - Clutter in back storage room has been removed off premises. Back storage area is observed in a clean and sanitary manner. - Pest droppings have been cleaned and effected areas have been sanitized. - Pest control company is contracted to visit the premise once per month. Additional traps have been placed around the back storage area. - No recent pest activity observed - All food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor - General sanitation of premise is good Notes: - No signature required due to COVID - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
