Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the kitchen area did not have liquid soap in the soap dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Operator restocked soap dispenser at the time of inspection. Ensure hand washing sinks are always stocked with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap to facilitate in proper hand washing.

Comments

Kitchen no longer staffed during week days. Only operate during weekends to cook breakfast. Food for the residents are brought over from Maria Keary Cottage in individual dishes and served here. Operator reports there are no plans to hire additional kitchen staff in the future.

- 2 compartment sinks equipped with sink plugs
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 74.3C on dish surface
- Sanitizer spray bottled stocked with 200 ppm QUATs
- individual plates stored in walk in cooler with resident names (from Maria Keary Cottage Kitchen)
- No sign of pests
