Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rosemary oil stored on the stove at 21C. This is not an accepted food handling practice and this item is not listed on your food safety plan. Any oil mixtures with herbs or ground vegetables is subject to Clostridium Botulinum growth at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Do not serve food products with rose mary oil, even if it is cooked, as testing is required to ensure no C.bot toxins are present. Submit updated food safety plan regarding this oil mixture. Fraser health hold tags deployed on rose mary oil and contents must be refrigerated until Fraser Health is satisfied with its safety. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Kitchen handwash sink has been blocked with knives and a bucket and the paper towel dispenser is broken.
2) Washroom handwash sinks have broken paper towel dispensers. Operator mentioned these will be fixed.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure all handwash sinks are clear of obstructions to ensure they remain accessible and ensure they are fully equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
2) Fix paper towel dispenser in washroom.

Observation: 1) Mouse droppings are present at back of house. All areas affected by mouse droppings must be cleaned and sanitized.

2)Ensure moisture sources are eliminated for fruit flies.

Observation: 1) Microwave ovens have food spills and debris built up on the inside
2) Grease hood area has grease built up and needs to be cleaned. A contractor must come and clean the grease hoods. The floors and grill need to be cleaned and sanitized as well
3) Cardboard and paper liners on tables need to be removed. These are not cleanable surfaces and will accumulate dirt and debris. Moisture will ruin these materials and cause them to mold over time.
4) Prep cooler cutting board is discolored
