Routine inspection: - Stand-up coolers maintained at 4C. Freezer section at -18C. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Discussed the sanitation procedure with the manager. Food grade sanitizer such as 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer should be used for food contact surfaces instead of lysol wipes. Dilute 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 liter of water. Sanitize the food contact surfaces and let air dry. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed. - Facility not being used at the time. Teaching class available twice a week and may extend to five days a week.
