Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hard boiled eggs and sliced cucumbers at 10C observed to be placed in a plate above the insert lid in the upper part of the prep cooler. Operator reports they were prepared within an hour.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated the hard-boiled eggs and sliced cucumbers to working cooler at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice made from previous day stored inside unplugged rice cooker measured to be at 28C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator reports the rice was suppose to be thrown out every night, but the night staff forgot. Operator discarded rice in the rice cooker at the time of inspection.
