A routine inspection was completed the following observations were made: - Cooler storing bottled drinks was 4C. Thermometer present and temps recorded 2x daily. - Food display cooler not in use. - Hand sink in back area has liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Glasswasher in the "Asylum" premises used to wash glasses. The [I2] was 12.5ppm, and test strips present. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and cloth buckets had 200ppm strength. Test strips present. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelve, racks or platforms. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests.
