NOTE: a large bar soap at the washroom sink was noted -worker indicates it is for fragrance only of the washroom as dispensed soap was also available -bar soaps are not allowed and the off chance it is used it needs to be removed

Temperature Controls:

-Preparation cooler 4 deg C
-Display cooler 3 deg C

Chemical Controls:
-QUAT sanitizer spray >200ppm as per test strips used with paper towels or single-use towels then hampered
NOTE: if you will re-use the towels then maintain in sanitizer buckets at the above concentration

-Reviewed Manual Wash method: wash-rinse-santize and air dry -signs posted as reminders

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges, hot holders and mechanical washer

General Sanitation very good
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Abell Pest Control comes in regularly -live traps observed

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
