Operation has expanded to Units 10-12.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff are provided with hair and beard nets (if applicable) and clean smocks.
Clean in place using chlorinated alkaline or acid cleaning solutions. Peroxyacetic acid solution can also be used.
Warehouses clean and organized. All food products stored on pallets or on shelves.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
Coolers and freezers are used to store flavours and ingredients.
Batch and lot codes maintained. Final product is shelf stable in tetra packs or cans.
