Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee observed re-using gloves without washing hands while serving and preparing food to customers. Hands must be washed prior to donning off gloves and single use gloves cannot be re-used and are not designed to be re-used.
Corrective Action(s): Discard gloves. Wash hands properly prior to putting on any set of gloves. Date to be corrected: immediately

-Coolers measured 4C or less: pop,sandwich, 2 prep cooler
-Freezers measured -18C: 2 chest freezer, stand up freezer
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-General sanitation satisfactory
-Quat sanitizer bottle at 200ppm.
-No signs of pest
-Note: ice cream machine and slurpee machine noted on site. Contact district Environmental Health Officer before changes to physical premise or service is needed. Both machines not in use at this time.
-Note: foods are limited at this premises due to lack of preparation space. Permit conditions must be adhered to at all times.
