Paper based inspection report number 242927 Contacted supervisor by phone, condenser was repaired and was dripping temporarily, food will be discared and washed as requested by EHO Walk in cooler repaired 20 mins before inspection. Previous temperature logs show cooler a bit warm over the weekend (48.4F) Cooler at 50F at time of inspection, dropped to 40F (4C) by end of inspection Hot holding over 60C Quats over 200ppm Hand sinks equipped with soap and paper towel
