Comments

Hand delivered overdue Health Act permit fee letter. Ensure that it is paid within 10 business days. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Sink plugs available for the 3-compartment sink and Quats sanitizer is used. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests, traps were in place. General sanitation was satisfactory.
