Corrective Action(s): -Transfer to rice cooker to warm up to 74 oC and keep warm in warmer at temp of at least 60 oC during service.

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
-Third sink bleach solution is 100ppm
-General sanitation is ok

staff are wearing mask inside kitchen- plexiglass is in place at cash register, lysol is being used for sanitizing non food contact surfaces
