Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bucket of water with food debris by the grill which is used to store in use utensils. As instructed before, please have in use utensils stored in ice water at all time. Operator emptied the bucket and replenished it with ice water at this time.

Observation: Observed standing water by the grill (where water buckets for holding in use utensils are located). Water possibly coming from the Coca Cola drink machine. Operator in contact with manufacturer to service the machine.
Corrective Action(s): Mop standing water frequently throughout the day. Correct this by: immediately.
