Observation: The following were observed at the time of inspection:
- Floors and walls underneath and behind equipment seen with accumulating dust and food debris
- Milk solids observed accumulating on the milk dispenser door seal in the coffee station.
- Accumulating food debris on undercounter refrigerator door seals.
- Accumulating coffee grounds and food debris observed underneath the west exit door handsink.
Corrective Action(s): A thorough cleaning is required for all the above mentioned areas.
