A routine inspection was completed:
- Cooler 4C; freezer -10C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm.
- All surfaces (walls, floors and ceiling) are smooth, durable, sealed, and cleanable. They have been resurfaced and painted for this season. Ensure this is completed on a regular basis and/or when you notice paint wearing/peeling off.
- All foods stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids; covered; date coded; labelled; and foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- Valid, FoodSafe level 1 staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Yearly health permit fees have been paid. Ensure to stick the decal on the health permit, when you receive it.
- All in order.
