-After opening any can transfer the rest to a food grade container and cover it. Cover all foods
-Discard all ice, store ice scoop out of machine ina clean container

** Discussed no more cutting meat on site- ask for all meat products to be delivered pre- cut and pre package
** Install splash guard beside hand sink in the back kitchen
