Observation: No paper towel and near the hand washing sink.
Correction: Provide liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser close to all hand washing sink
Comments

- Noted issues are addressed.
-bleach solution >100 ppm
-paper towel and liquid soap are provided at all sinks.

** Ensure to increase the frequency of cleaning and maintain the satisfactory sanitation at all time.
** keep monitoring for any pest activity
** keep the back door closed.
** Due to lack of enough sink - limit any food handling - order products pre cut and pre washed.
** Ensure dishwasher line for detergent dispensing is located properly
** Dishwasher temp reach to 71 oC after 3 runs- operator is planning to replace it with a new one ensure it is a commercial one.- send a report
