Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A carton of milk left on the counter measured with an internal temperature of 20C. Staff stated it was taking out less than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Move the aforementioned milk back into the cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food at room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer in 3 compartment sink measured at 50 ppm. 200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Drain and refill the sanitizing compartment with 200 ppm quaternay ammnoium sanitizer from the dispenser.
