Dishwasher registers 75 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles and containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Back storage area clean and organized. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
Hand sinks (front and back) provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. Attached walk in freezer at-16 degrees C.
