All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Freezer is at -18 degrees C or colder. Liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers available at all handsinks. Sanitizer in spray bottles measured a 200 PPM quat residual. Dishwasher final rinse had a 100 PPM chlorine residual. General sanitation is overall good.
