Corrective Action(s): Do Not use shovel to transfer ice. Obtain a food grade ice scoop and it must be stored in a sanitary food grade container. Correct by: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 buckets of cloudy water with cabbage leaves were stored at the back produce area. Abundance of fruit flies observed in the buckets. Managers did not know the use of these buckets.
Corrective Action(s): All 3 buckets of cloudy water were discarded.

Observation: Walk-in cooler at the sea food department measured with an ambient air temperature of 10C. No food was stored in this cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less is maintained. Do not store any potentially hazardous food items inside in the meantime. Correct by: Jul 29, 2019.

Observation: Missing sanitary sewer pipe after the p-trap at the 3 compartment sink located at the sea food department. Waste water was being charged in to the floor drain.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the sanitary sewer pipe to ensure waste water can be discharged properly without contaminating the floor. Correct by: Jul 23, 2019.
