Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable slicer was found to have old food debris. This is an on-going issue.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure slicer is properly disassembled and cleaned and sanitized each night. Slicer was disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 7, 2018.
-Cooked foods were properly cooling in single layers in a metal tray at the time of inspection. Cooked items were at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Spouts were being changed at the time of inspection. Sprout are now changed every hour. If time is used as a control method, a time tracking label is required to determine when the sprouts were placed in the container (2 hour limit).
-Foods are now stored in food grade materials (no longer using used shopping bags).
-3-compartment sink drain pipe has been serviced and it no longer leaking water.
-Shatter guard for light fixture in kitchen has been replaced.
-General cleaning has been carried out in facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Adhere to approved sanitation plan.
