Observation: Observed knives/utensils stored in between oven equipment in back kitchen and utensils at front service area stored directly on counter/sink area.
Correction: Ensure utensils are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent contamination.

Bottles are labelled to identify contents, wiping cloths in sanitizer and general sanitation of facility is good.
Cardboard removed from shelves underneath pots to allow for easy cleaning.
