- General sanitation satisfactory. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection and pest control measures in place. -Walk-in cooler and display coolers less than of equal to 4°C. -Walk-in freezer and display freezers less than or equal to -18°C. -Random audit conducted for infant formula and meal replacement expiry dates conducted. All audited products were within expiry date. -Food storage practices are satisfactory, all food is stored off the floor - Handsinks in the staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel -All chemicals are stored separately. NOTE: Received food products must be stored off the floor in the walk-in cooler NOTE: All sanitation procedures are missing final sanitizing step. Prepare bleach solution by mixing one teaspoon of household bleach (non- fragranced) in one litre of water or one tablespoon in one gallon of water. This is 100ppm chlorine residual solution. Spray the solution and wipe down, let it air dry for 2 minutes.
