Observation: 1) Mildew build-up and moisture noted on the outside areas of the undercounter cooler in the front area - found on the panel between the two doors and along the rubber lining of the doors. This was noted in previous inspection report.

2) Some mildew build-up noted on the upper section of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and remove mildew build-up from undercounter cooler. Ensure that cooler is cleaned on a regular basis as part of your Sanitation Plan. Remove sources of moisture to prevent mildew build-up.

2) Clean and remove mildew build-up from ice machine. Ensure that the inside of the ice machine is cleaned on a regular basis as part of your Sanitation Plan.

-Walk-in freezer: -12C (*NOTE: Some icicle build-up noted on the condensers. Recommend to continue to monitor area and remove ice build-up as needed.)

Front Area:
-Undercounter cooler: 4C
-Small freezer: -14C
-Soup in hot-holding unit: 65C
-Display cooler: 4C

-Handsinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles available in front and back areas. Measured at 200ppm.
-Quats dispenser over 2-compartment sink is functional and measured at 200ppm.
-High-temperature dishwasher is adequately sanitizing dishes. Measured at 75C at plate surface.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-Food is covered and protected from contamination.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Per staff, pest control company visits on routine basis.
-FoodSafe certified staff on-duty.
-Health permit is posted.

-No signature obtained due to COVID-19 protocols. Printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
