Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid hand soap dispenser at hand washing sink has fallen off the wall, and dispenser was not working.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sinks must be properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Staff supplied the hand sink with an additional liquid soap refill at time of inspection. Ensure soap dispenser is affixed to the wall after repairing/replacing battery (see violation code 308).

- Three compartment sink was properly set up for manual warewashing at time of inspection. Sanitizing sink had 200 ppm Quat detected.
- 200 ppm quat detected in sanitizer bucket storing wiping cloth, and in spray bottle
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Accurate thermometers available
- Dipper well in use for ice cream/frozen yogurt scoops - good
- Yogurt held at 4C in ice bin - good
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
