Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sausages sititng at room temperature beside grill, 20C temperature of sausage
Corrective Action(s): Operator states they were taken out of fridge earlier in morning. Do not keep sausages at room temperature, place in fridge nearby and take out only for time needed for cooking. Operator discarded sausages upon request of EHO.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution onsite for wiping counters.
Corrective Action(s): Staff made a spray bottle of bleach solution to use to wipe counters between uses and frequently during the day. Bottle labeled "BLEACH", bottles are labeled to ensure safety.
