Routine Inspection - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - Stand up cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - No hot holding at the time of inspection. Left over are discarded at the end of the day. - dishwasher final rinse has 50 ppm Cl. Reminder: Purchase a rack for air drying dishes / utensils. Do not use cloth towel on the counter to air dry. - 100 ppm Cl solution available for wiping rags - Temperature logs are maintained - pest control in place.
