-Ensure that temperature records are maintained and are kept onsite at all times.
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the small Coca-cola cooler at the front. This one is turned off, however, it is used for pop and juice only.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
