- General sanitation is good.
- All main handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUAT sanitizer available at 200ppm concentration. Ensure to follow the proper manual dishwashing step including sanitizing.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration.
- Appropriate test strips available to monitor the sanitizer concentrations.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company implements pest control measures. Ensure to follow the recommendations by the pest control company.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
