Routine inspection with one store staff presence. The business was slow due to road construction. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Freezers, coolers temperature satisfactory. - No food processing onsite. All vegi and fruits sold as whole. No rotten food observed. - Only 4 types of bulk foods in containers with lids for sale, containers in a sanitary condition and scoops inside the containers. - Randomly checked some food items including pre-packaged non-perishable foods, no expired items observed. Staff stated that less food has been ordered and checked often. - No pest activity observed during inspection. - Food storage well organized. No spills from Rice bags. Keep up the good work!
