Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches display cooler air temperature measured at 9 degree C. Internal temperature of sandwiches measured at 11 degree C. Thermometer inside the cooler temperature was at 10 degree C. No temperature log available for review at the time of inspection. Staff stated that the sandwiches were stored inside the cooler since yesterday.
Corrective Action(s): All cold potentially hazardous food must be discarded immediately. Do not use this cooler until the temperature can be maintained at 4 degree C or less to ensure proper cooling of the cold potentially hazardous food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff on-site did not know the proper manual dishwashing procedure. No sanitizer were in used for dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Staff on-site got a new bottle of chlorine immediately. Reviewed the manual dishwashing procedures (wash, rinse, and sanitize) with the staff during inspection.

General:

- Beverage display coolers temperature measured at 4 degree C or less
- All freezer temperature measured at -18 degree C or less
- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Hydrogen peroxide (0.39%) is in used as high touch surfaces sanitizer
- Follow up inspection will be conducted on June 30, 2022

*Recommendation: Record the coolers' and freezers' temperature daily to ensure cold potentially hazardous food is stored at 4 degree C or less.
