Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer bottles and dispenser at 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71C final rinse.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding stand-up cart measured at 61C.
All food in the walk-in cooler, freezers, and dry storage area observed to be covered and protected from contamination.
Pest Control Company contracted out monthly. Recent prest report (Dec 16, 2022) noted that traps have been serviced, and areas of concern in report Nov. 23, 2022 have been addressed.

Overall, facility is well organized and sanitation satisfactory.
