Display/walk-in coolers temperatures were all below 4C at the time of inspection. Meat packaging room was 5.8C. Quat sanitizer at 200ppm. Test strip was replaced with expired date: Sep 2023. General sanitation was satisfactory. No pest activity observed during inspection.
