Follow up conducted to routine inspection.

Findings:
- Operator confirmed that prep cooler has been repaired.
- Internal temperature of food stored inside the prep cooler recorded at or below 4C.
- Ice machine has been serviced. No signs of mildew/mould like spots noted.
- Cooked rice were hot held above 60C in two rice warmers.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Rodent droppings have been cleaned and back area has been re-organized. Good
