Corrective Action(s): The owner claimed that the hand sink is going to be replaced; and order is placed. The hand sink should be available at the end of this week. Replace the removed hand sink as soon as possible. Violation Score: 15 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Some light fixtures are not covered. Comments

The big patio, which was located on the right and back site of the restaurant has been removed (tents, chairs, and tables). Small patio front of the main entrance is remain. All food prepared in the restaurant kitchen and served outside or take out only. Wall-mounted paper towel dispenser for staff washroom has been stocked with paper towel at the time of inspection (was empty at the time of inspection). Walk-in freezer is organized but has excessive accumulation of ice at the time of inspection (please take care of it). Note: Kitchen hand washing sink, a prep.table with vegetable cutter nearby, and a commercial grinder that were located front of the back kitchen entrance door have been removed from the premise. Friendly reminder: the premise has been approved with the kitchen hand washing sink, therefore it must be installed Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
