Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since May 2023) Small bowl observed to be stored above ingredient containers. Bowl had food residue (sugar, flour, rice) and is likely used as a scoop for the ingredients.
**Corrected during inspection** Bowls removed. Always use scoops with handles.

2. Build up observed on meat slicer blade, cover, and pusher

3. Raw food (meat slice) observed to be stored directly next to cooked foods (shrimp)
