Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw proteins kept above ready to eat dishes in black cooler. Operator relocated all raw proteins to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple food items (total of 3) thawing in room temperature. Operator reports they were moved out of the freezer 30 min prior to the inspection. All items were relocated by operator into walk in cooler for proper thawing practice.
