Observation: THIRD REPEAT VIOLATION
Food items (bags of sugar, dextrose and skim milk powder) and equipment (including take out waffle iron, food processor ice cream machine) stored in customer area. This is not an approved food storage area. Food and equipment are not to be stored in customer accessible areas. This area was not designated for food storage during initial review. Floorplan does not include this area as food or food equipment storage area. There is one designated food storage area.

Corrective Action(s): Food and equipment is to be relocated from customer accessed area immediately. Refer to floorplan approved by FHA for approved food storage and food preparation areas. This item was in previous two inspection reports.

Observation: Facility requires a thorough cleaning. Food debris has accumulated in various areas. Old equipment remains on site. It is difficult to clean around and under old equipment.
Items are not to be stored on floor.
Milk crates are not suitable for cleaning as you can not mop under these items.

Corrective Action(s): Clean the following areas:
- floors especially under equipment in hard to reach areas
- inside coolers and freezers
- clean walls
- shelves
- Remove food splatter from surfaces
- Inside containers storing utensils

Remove items up off floor minimum 15 cm in dry storage area

Do not continue to use milk crates. These items do not allow for mopping under. Obtain proper shelves and items that allow for cleaning under.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE TO BE TAKEN:
- Food items (bags of sugar, dextrose and skim milk powder) and equipment (including take out waffle iron, food processor ice cream machine) stored in unapproved area within customer area are to relocated to Fraser Health Authority approved dry storage area
- Refer to Copy of stamped approved floorplans from 2017

EHO has provided staff member copy of floorplans as approved from 2017. Storage shelves in dry storage unit are not as per plans which may have contributed to lack of storage. Facility lacks adequate storage
