General observations noted during the inspection.
1. Temperature
Under the counter coolers measured at 4C or lower.
Under the counter freezer measured at -18C.
Upright coolers measured at 4C.
Walk-in freezer maintained at -18C.
Chopped vegetables are held at room temperature for 4 hours before discarding (time-tracking in place).
Kebab meats are carved and secondary cook step observed.
Thermometers observed to be in refrigeration units.
Temperature logs in use and documented twice per day.
Beverage display cooler measured at 3.4C.

2. Sanitation
All handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
Washrooms observed in sanitary condition. Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and air dryer.
QUATS spray bottle and dispenser line measured to have 200ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 71.9C at the utensil surface.
Two compartment sink available with sink plugs for manual warewashing.
Tongs cleaned and sanitized after every 90 minutes.
Vegetable prep/slicer machine disassembled, cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Ice machine observed in sanitary condition with ice scoop stored in designated container.
Employees observed to be changing gloves between tasks.
Vent hood observed to be in sanitary condition.

3. Food Storage
All foods observed to be covered in refrigeration units.
All foods stored off the floor.

4. Pest control
No pest activity detected during time of inspection. Professional pest control company services premises monthly.

5. Administrative
Permit posted in conspicuous location at point of sales.
One staff has current and valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training (expires May 16, 2022).
