Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (dispenser and spray bottles).
Hot holding for pot pies, rotisserie chicken, onion rings, wedges was at or above 60 deg C.
Prep line coolers and salad display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Other display coolers in the middle aisle was at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in coolers were at or below 4 deg .
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
- Ensure hot holding also checked every two hours and recorded.
Food preparation was being done at time of inspection and other person was cleaning the cooking side.
Sweeping and wiping of counters tops are done on regular basis throughout the day.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests not at time of visit.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Ensure deli staff (anyone handling food) has valid Food Safe 1 certification.
