Premise open, not currently preparing food. Selling prepackaged bottled water only. Dinning area used for seating/rest area. Coolers in dinning area not plugged in. Permit posted and up to date. Hand washing sinks supplied adequately. Equipment not in use, covered for protection. A few coolers in kitchen unit not operational. Coolers (back) in operation at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer and stand-up freezer at -18C or below. A few food items stored in units - verify use by dates on products. These not being sold. High temperature dishwasher at 84.8C at plate surface. Syrup room organized and maintained satisfactory. Orkin Pest Control company visits premises monthly. General sanitation and maintenance of premise is good. Note: Ice build-up in walk-in freezer and stand-up freezer in back. Ensure these units are maintained to prevent condensation or leaking.
